  im stuck in hell here...im stuck in a house i cant get sold, to get the money so that i can get the divorce and get away from this cheatin ass jw im married to.

  i know every single time he goes out he goes to be with her ("but only in groups") and even though he was told by the elders to not have contact with her because its inappropriate he continues to do so unabated.

  last week i went across the state to attend my sons final state marching competition as a senior...which he never went to ever.

  Think About It

  As much as I'd like to slam the WTS on this.....there's not much here to fuss about. If the repair for insurance check arrangement is made up front, and the JW home owner is getting a fair deal, then it is a personal business deal. The problem could be if the person's insurance check is for way more than the amount of repairs they received. What would be interesting to know is the selection criteria for who's house gets repaired. Is it based on who has insurance, and how much insurance? Are JW suck ups placed ahead of R&F members? etc.

  My mother passed away this morning...

  for any old-school ex-jws here that remember my many posts about my abusive jw mother and my sister committing suicide because of it...she passed away this morning because she began to bleed out and refused a transfusion.

  she had been in the hospital for a month.

  it appears she suffered a stroke and wasn't found by the brothers & sisters for three days (they missed her at the meetings).

  Old time JW's did some very devout JW's refuse to eat pizza with pepperroni because they believed "blood" was in the pepperroni?

  i have never heard this before until i read a life story of an ex-jws and how some jws in the past refused to eat pepperoni pizza because they thought blood was in pepperoni.

  i do know some elderly jw sisters would complain about eating steak if it bled while cooking.

  has anybody else heard of this pizza nonsense?.
